Not sure I'm the right teacher for your retreat? Try me first.
I get it. Booking four days away with someone you've only seen in blog posts and a few Google reviews is a genuine leap. You don't know how I teach, whether my style suits you, whether we'll get on for a whole weekend. That's a lot to commit to on trust alone.
So here's a much smaller way to find out: book a single 1:1 session with me online.
It's an hour. You'll get a proper sense of how I cue movement, how closely I actually watch what your body's doing even through a screen (ask my regular client....he reckons he can't get away with anything!), and whether my teaching style is one you'd want four days of. If it's not for you, you've lost an hour, not a retreat deposit. If it is, you'll walk into October already knowing exactly what to expect from me, which tends to make the whole retreat land better, because you're not spending day one still working out my style.
It also solves the other worry I hear a lot: "I'm not really a confident Pilates person, is the retreat too advanced for me?" A session or two beforehand sorts that out completely. I'll get a sense of where you are, you'll get a sense of how I teach to that level, and by the time October comes round you'll be walking in as someone I already know how to work with, not a stranger on day one.
If you've been on the fence about Dénia, not because of the villa, or the food, or the dates, but because of me - this is the easiest way to stop guessing.
