Sophie runs Pilatestar. She is a Body Control Pilates Teacher, Back4Good® Practitioner & Bone Health Specialist.

Sophie originally set up the business in Dulwich, South East London, but has now moved to Spain (somewhere between Alicante & Valencia!).  From Spain she remotely runs her Dulwich business & provide, live online classes, video courses & 1:1 home visits in Spain.
