Meet the Expert Team Behind PilateStar
All our teachers are fully qualified, through accredited Pilates training programs. This means they understand the 8 fundamental pilates principles: Alignment, Breathing, Centring, Co-ordination, Concentration, Flow, Stamina & Relaxation.
They've also been chosen to teach for Pilatestar because of their warmth, approachability, their sense of care & duty to you, the client & their curiosity to keep learning more & sharing that knowledge. They endeavour to create varied lesson plans that will keep you coming back.
We deliberately make the classes welcoming & friendly, so you can feel part of something, as well as spend an hour looking after your body & mind.
