About your teacher
Hi, I'm Sophie

I'm a certified Body Control Pilates teacher, with particular experience of teaching over 40s for improved functional movement and healthy bones. I spent several years building a busy group Pilates practice in South East London (which is still going!) before moving to Pego. I'm now collaborating with ROsana Espai Pilates and I'd love for you to join me on the mat - whatever your level or experience.

ROsana Espai Pilates is a wonderful new space in Pego. Mats and equipment are provided - just bring water, a hand towel (for neck alignment) and comfortable clothes (nothing too baggy on top, so I can see your spinal alignment)
