• Airport transfer from Alicante on Friday 2 October (at a time slot to be confirmed)

• Fabulous villa stay with private swimming pool, stunning views, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, with various terraces for when you need time alone

• Single occupancy in a double room, apart from one room which is a twin

• Two mindful pilates sessions on Saturday and Sunday morning

• Four pilates sessions designed with individual guests in mind

• Welcome dinner - buffet style and relaxed, to allow you to leave the stress of London behind

• 3 Breakfasts provided by Sophie & her partner Peter

• Paella lunch in Dénia & provisions for 1 other lunch

• Farewell Sunday dinner in the villa & provisions for 1 other dinner

• Optional signposted walk into the Natural Reserve of Montgó

• Trip into Dénia, which you can use to do Old Town sightseeing, including the castle, or just a relaxing time on the golden sandy beach
