We offer pilates online for tennis players, golfers, weight trainers and other sport enthusiasts / amateurs.

We provide video courses (more in development), 1:1 & group online classes, plus retreats.  Life is busier than ever, so this site is for those who can't make face to face classes.

Whether you're a sport enthusiast or not, we love working with people who want to feel challenged, who enjoy a sense of progression, and who know that any body change requires commitment and work :)

Does any of this resonate?

Golf Club and Ball

An avid golfer, who has a great handicap but gets niggling back or shoulder pain after a few rounds?

Rugby ball

A beast on the rugby field, but your body feels like it’s been run over by a truck after the match?

Tying Shoelaces

A runner who was used to doing a 10k run without a warm up/cool down, but not anymore?

Lifting Kettlebells

A workout regular, who was used to following various exercise regimes, but now you’re getting mild injuries and soreness?

Despite our perceived ‘fitness’ when doing our favourite sport or exercise regime, you can be neglecting other areas of your body, which can possibly lead to injury or aches and pains in the long term. Pilates is a great way to bring about body awareness of your strengths & weaknesses, enabling you to build back ‘uniformity’ to the body.

Here’s a famous quote from Joseph Pilates himself:

“My method develops the body uniformly, corrects wrong posture, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind and elevates the spirit”

Joseph Pilates

And look how good he looked at 82 years old!

Who is Pilates for?

Personally I enjoy working with people who are (used to be) into sport/exercise because they already understand about commitment and hard work, but if you have this mindset, I’m really happy to work with you whether you practise a sport or not.
