It’s confirmed: 2–5 October, back to Dénia

Back in May I mentioned I’d had a few lovely messages asking if I’d run another retreat after April’s. At the time I’d only just rebooked the villa and didn’t want to say too much before it was properly locked in.
It’s locked in now! Friday 2 - Monday 5 October, same villa up in the hill of La Pedrera, same views over Dénia towards the sea, same idea: proper Pilates, good food, a small group, and enough space to actually switch off for a few days.
An example of what’s included, for anyone who missed the April one:
Airport transfers both ways from Alicante
The villa itself, private pool, five bedrooms, plenty of terraces if you want to disappear for an hour
Six Pilates sessions across the weekend, planned around the people actually in the room, not a generic template
A paella lunch in Dénia, a welcome buffet, a farewell dinner, breakfasts made by me and my partner Peter
A trip to the Jesus Pobre market (there’s usually a band, it’s a genuinely nice few hours away) and an optional walk in the Montgó nature reserve
You don't want to hear it just from me... one guest from April left this afterwards, which I still think about: “I came home feeling both stronger and much calmer.” Another said it was “excellent value for money” and that she was already looking forward to the next one.
That's really all I'm hoping for that people leave a bit stronger than they arrived and a lot more rested.
Two spots are already filled. There’s room for four more, it’s deliberately kept to six guests, partly because that’s what the villa comfortably holds and mostly because six is the number where I can actually design sessions around the people in front of me instead of teaching to the middle of the group.
If you book and pay your deposit before 15 August, there’s 10% off. Full pricing and room options are on the retreat page or just hit “I’m Interested” and I’ll talk you through it properly.
